FMP Forderungsmanagement Potsdam GmbH has moved into new offices in the Wilhelmgalerie in Potsdam. The space was brokered by Fischer Immobilien GmbH, a licensed partner of Engel & Völkers Commercial GmbH. For FMP, the move represents another step in the company’s new strategic direction. Since early 2026, the former subsidiary of Deutsche Kreditbank AG has been part of the LOANCOS Group.
FMP is a specialized provider of receivables management services and handles non-performing loans in both the consumer and secured credit segments.
The new office space is located on the fourth floor of the Wilhelmgalerie in downtown Potsdam, on Platz der Einheit. FMP has leased a total of approximately 490 square meters there for five years. The lease includes green lease provisions aimed at ensuring the sustainable use of the property.
