3. Legal basis for our data processing

The processing of personal data can be based on various legal bases. If we need your data to fulfil a contract with you or to respond to enquiries from you regarding a contract, the legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO. If we obtain your consent for certain data processing, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1. p. 1 lit. a DSGVO. We carry out some data processing on the basis of our legitimate interest, whereby a balancing of your interests worthy of protection and our legitimate interests is always carried out. We use Matomo for the statistical analysis of visitor access to our website. Matomo is operated exclusively on our own server and no data is passed on to third parties.

Type and scope of data processing

We use Matomo without cookies and without external JavaScript tracking (so-called fingerprinting). We only record so-called server log files and measure the actions performed by our website visitors (e.g. clicks, bookings, etc.).
The following data is processed:

– pages accessed (referrer URL)
– time of access
– browser and operating system used (in anonymized form)
– approximate region of origin (based on the truncated IP address)
